21 Stages to Showcase Italy's Cycling Heritage

From Turin to Rome, the 107th edition of the Giro d'Italia will take riders across some of Italy's most iconic cycling terrain.

The race will start in Turin on May 11 and finish in Rome on June 2. Along the way, riders will tackle 21 stages, including seven summit finishes and three individual time trials.

Some of the most iconic climbs in cycling will be featured in the race, including the Stelvio Pass, the Mortirolo Pass, and the Colle delle Finestre. Riders will also have to contend with the challenging strade bianche (white roads) of Tuscany.

The race is expected to be one of the most competitive in recent years, with several top riders already lining up to compete. Defending champion Egan Bernal will be looking to win his second Giro d'Italia, while other contenders include Chris Froome, Vincenzo Nibali, and Tadej Pogačar.
